Land Trust plants its plans

Wilton Community Land Trust’s annual general meeting is on Thursday, July 5 at Wilton Community Centre, West Street, Wilton.

The trust has a big stake in the-development of Wilton Hill on the site of the former Erskine Barracks and UK Land Forces headquarters, with 292 homes being built, alongside Veteran’s Accommodation, Enterprise Hub, Coffee Shop and other community facilities. The meeting starts at 6.30pm for residents to meet the Trust’s directors, and existing and potential new members – who can sign up on the night and can find out more about the Trust’s work. Wilton Community Land Trust Manager, Zoe Cupit and Sue van Leest, Operations Manager for Our Wilton will give short presentations. The AGM starts at 7pm for members only. Lifetime membership is a nominal £1.
